Terms and Conditions

Version: May 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the customer and leantra-web, a service by Greenbase Digitalagentur, Nauengasse 18, 8427 Rorbas, Switzerland, for website rental subscriptions and related services.

1. Subject of the Contract

leantra-web provides the customer with a hand-coded website template as a rental service. The service includes:

2. Ownership Rights and Right of Use

The rented website, including source code, graphics, layout and structure, remains at all times the exclusive intellectual property of leantra-web/Greenbase. The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the website for the duration of the subscription.

The customer confirms that all content provided by the customer, including images, texts and logos, is free from third-party rights or that the customer holds the required usage rights. leantra-web accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-provided material.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

The monthly rental fee is based on the selected plan, such as Starter, Business or Pro, and on any booked extras or marketing services. Billing takes place monthly in advance by invoice or credit card.

In the event of late payment, leantra-web reserves the right to temporarily suspend the website after prior reminder. The payment obligation remains in place during any suspension.

4. Term and Cancellation

The subscription has a minimum contract term of 3 months from the go-live date of the website. After the minimum term, the contract continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled monthly.

Cancellation can be submitted informally by email to info@leantra.ch by the last day of the current billing month, but no earlier than the end of the minimum term.

After the contract ends, the website is deactivated and the associated hosting data is deleted. The customer has no claim to receive the source code or to transfer the rented website to another hosting provider.

5. Warranty and Liability

leantra-web strives to ensure high website availability of 99.9% on an annual average. No liability is accepted for temporary outages caused by maintenance work or disruptions outside the control of leantra-web.

Liability for lost profit, indirect damage or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the leantra-web Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered seat of Greenbase in Zurich, Switzerland. leantra-web reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
